Psychedelic Integration

Psychedelic Integration Therapy

Psychedelic Integration Therapy is designed to support the synthesis of the mind and body after experiencing a non-ordinary state of consciousness. While we do not provide, condone, or support the use of illegal substances, our integration services offer a safe, confidential space to prepare for and process non-ordinary states and their potential for personal and societal transformation.
We provide a safe and compassionate space for individuals to process and integrate the insights, emotions, and memories that arise during and after their psychedelic journeys, and help individuals make sense of their experiences, exploring the symbolism and meaning behind them. Through compassionate listening, guidance, and various therapeutic techniques, our integration services assist individuals in integrating the newfound perspectives and lessons into their daily lives. These services can aid in navigating challenging emotions, addressing unresolved issues, and making positive changes based on the transformative potential of the psychedelic experience. By offering support and personalized strategies, our psychedelic integration services can enhance personal growth, self-awareness, and overall well-being.
We do not provide, condone or support the use of illegal substances or any other illegal activities.
Integration services vary from session to session, but often include somatic, meditation, mindfulness, internal family systems therapy (IFS) and art. Integration is vital to maximizing the healing power of the psychedelic experience. This is where the real work happens, and sustainable changes take place. We take a harm reduction approach to promote education and safety in the psychedelic process.
In addition to professional clinical training, our integration professionals are all trained in psychedelic assisted psychotherapy and integration. Integration plans can be as simple as a one time appointment to process a single experience or more complex, individualized plan determined by your particular needs.

WE DO NOT CONDONE USING PSYCHEDELICS ON YOUR OWN

Psychedelics are not inherently healing outside of therapeutic or ceremonial settings and serious negative consequences have been well documented from illegal, recreational use of these substances.

PROPER TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS MATTER

Collaboration with experienced and qualified medical professionals is the best way to minimize the inherent risks in using psychedelics. This is especially true for people at risk for or with pre-existing mental health challenges.
